GENERAL INFORMATION Explore all aspects of being a content creator and developing an effective social media presence on multiple internet platforms – in a safe, instructive way. Instagram, Facebook, Tik-Tok, SnapChat, YouTube, and more!
Participants will learn and understand setting boundaries, performing virtually, how to use different equipment for specific purposes/platforms, and raising your engagement rates – and getting paid doing it!
Some project work expected at home between sessions.
Parental permissions and inclusion are expected and participation is appreciated! Guest appearances from social media influencers will occur once a month.
AGE RANGE(S): Generally, 7 (based upon instructor assessment of readiness for the subject matter) through 18. To take full advantage of all opportunities, participants should be old enough to hold an account for each specific platform to be discussed.

NUMBER OF WEEKS: Ongoing through year.
HOURS PER WEEK: 1.5
DAY SCHEDULED: Monday
TIME SCHEDULE: 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
OPPORTUNITY COST: $60 per month (with 3 month minimum commitment desired). [NOTE: A nominal surcharge is added to pay by credit card through PayPal].
LOCATION: Youtheatre Players at Westfield Palm Desert Mall
OTHER INFORMATION:Participants will be expected to allow CPP to post and promote content created through this program on its own Social Media pages in a safe, anonymous manner.

Our fee structure for this program is $60.00 per month (with a minimum initial commitment of 3 months (a nominal surcharge is added to pay by credit card through PayPal or Square)).
